This company has been absolutely terrible. If you want a refund they don’t respond to your emails or instagram DMs but if you talk about anything else it’s a quick reply. I have reach out multiple times as I wasn’t aware of the subscription and then was charged again for a product I didn’t need or want. They cancelled my subscription but would never reply to my refund or giving me instructions on how to send my item back when it’s completely unused. The tanned drops do not work and save your money and try somewhere else. Money back guarantee they say…. I guess it’s not guaranteed if they never reply to you.
